NSW Public Works is a division of the Department of Services, Technology and Administration (DSTA), formerly known as Commerce. Any references to Commerce on this site should be taken to refer to DSTA.

 

 

NSW Public Works involvement in significant regional projects resulted in awards at the 2009 Australian Institute of Project Management Awards. Geoff Gorton (left) won National Project Manager of the Year for his management of the Clarence Valley Council Capital Sewerage Program. The Shannon Creek Dam project won National Project of the Year in the Regional Development category.
